 This month long boot camp is wonderful!!!! It is well worth your time!! Aaron is a great motivator; the hour goes by so quick and you definitely will see changes to your body. Every workout is different, you never are bored! I highly recommend this camp, give Aaron three months, he will show you how you can change your life.
You might start out only walking, but soon you will be surprised that you are now running, the sky’s the limit! You will be HAPPY you took this first step, you won’t be sorry.
