Chef Bill built this company on real relationships with local Southern California farms. When we say farm-to-table, we mean ingredients picked at peak season from growers we know by name. You taste the difference in every bite.

Our path to Corona wasn't typical. Chef Bill trained in classical French technique at the Epicurean School of Culinary Arts under Chef Eric Crowley. He then spent years as a private chef for professional athletes, preparing performance-focused meals for NBA champions like Klay Thompson, NFL All-Pro Jared Goff, the LA Dodgers, and the LA Rams. That experience taught him something no culinary school could: how to execute flawlessly under pressure, every single time.

Today, we bring that same precision to weddings, corporate events, private parties, and milestone celebrations across Corona and the Greater Los Angeles region. We've catered luxury corporate events for Mercedes and BMW, fundraising galas for political leaders, celebrity gatherings, and hundreds of weddings where couples trusted us with one of the most meaningful days of their lives.

We're a full-service operation. That means we handle menu design, tastings, day-of coordination, staffing, rentals, setup, and cleanup. You don't manage vendors or chase down details. You show up and enjoy your own event.
