About Us
Cookies Your Way, Inc. began in January 2013 as a small cottage food operation, but we quickly realized that to keep up with our orders we would need to expand the business. Knowing how much people love their desserts, we decided to join in on the ever popular craze of food trucks and take our bakery mobile! Eager to get our mobile bakery operational by January 2014, we set out to find a commercial kitchen to operate out of and began the build out of our trailer. We were very pleased when we exceeded our deadline by 3 months.
