7/05/2025, I recently visited this car wash with my fiancée after recommending it to her, thinking it would be a great value at just $5. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but. First, we were surprised by how quickly the wash ended and how little soap was actually used — it barely felt like the car got cleaned at all. Before that even happened, we were already frustrated when the payment machine shorted us. We inserted a $20 bill expecting $19 in change, but received nothing back. There was no clear sign or warning that the machine doesn't give change in bills — only that it accepts $5s, $10s, and $20s. That's extremely misleading and unacceptable. We tried to resolve the issue by going to the nearby Shell station, which we assumed might be affiliated, but they said they couldn't help. Jiffy Lube next door also had no connection to the car wash. That left us with nothing but a phone number and an email posted on the wall. I've called multiple times — no answer. I've emailed — no reply. So here we are: out of money, with a poorly washed car, and zero customer service support. I will not be returning and I strongly advise others to avoid this place. A cheap price doesn't mean much if you get shorted, ignored, and leave feeling ripped off.

The car wash is convenient and easy to use. I got a great wash for an affordable price.
