Their dedication, kindness, patience, and professionalism was so appreciated to my family during the arranging of my loved ones services. Knowing that my loved one was cremated locally made all the difference in feeling secure of her cremains. It was so comforting to have them take care of everything locally even though we were in Escondido, CA at her passing. Phone calls and emails without visiting the funeral home was perfect so we could be with family and not have to make a trip to the funeral home to complete paperwork. Their online memorial (obituary) site was perfect to share pictures, video's, etc..and be able to share with family throughout the US and is so much less and more personal than a newsprint obituary that last such a short time.
