About Us

Executive Chef Laila opened True Mediterranean Kitchen ("TMK") in the fall of 2010, with a vision of creating the finest in mediterranean cuisine. Trained at The Culinary Institute in Lebanon, Chef Laila infuses every dish she creates with her extensive knowledge and passion for perfection. Chef Laila started her career as a Chef at the Royale Restaurant, a well reviewed restaurant located in Lebanon.  Once word of her tasty signature dishes got out, offers from many well known restaurants landed on Chef Laila's plate. However, because she never lost sight of her passion for authentic Mediterranean cuisine, she knew that in order to create the dishes she wanted to share with the world, using only the freshest ingredients available, she would have to establish her own restaurant.

Chef Laila opened the doors of True Mediterranean Kitchen in the Fall of 2010. Before she created her first dish, she vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics have been raving ever since.
