My family has been getting dental care from Soft Touch Dental Care for over five years. The personnel are very friendly especially Dr. G. He has a pleasant demeanor and is genuinely friendly. Office environment is nice. What I really appreciate is the e-mail and texting reminders when my appointment is coming up. After 6 months, typically people do not remember their dental appointments. This becomes very helpful to me. I would recommend this dental office.
I have been, and still am deathly afraid of going to the dentist. Dr. G fully understands this and always takes the time needed to help me get through that days appointment. He has had to some some extensive work and the staff and Dr. G have made the appointments when I needed and help me through the appointment. I highlt recommend Dr. G to anyone and especially those you who may have the same fear as I do.
I am extremely happy with the medical treatment for denture implants at Soft Touch Dental Care. Below are the positive experiences I had with Dr. G’s office.
1. When I went to doctor G‘s office at Lakeshore in Moreno Valley. I did not have any lower teeth. The previous day another dentist had pulled my remaining teeth and did not provide a replacement or a clear explanation of the procedure. I literally wore paper for my lower teeth to his office. Dr. G. and I sat down in consultation and work out a plan of action. In addition, he helped me locate financing which work for me over a two year period of time.
2. As we moved through the process for dental implants, a few minor problems arose unexpectedly, but we worked through them until we got just the right solution and a perfect fit. At the end of the procedure I commented “I don’t have sparkling diamonds on my hands, but I have a sparkling smile” which means the world to me.
3. Not only was the procedure done professionally, but it turned out to be a work of art. The staff was considerate, showed concerned for me, the patient, and accommodated me on appointment dates. A small shout out to Bernadette, Cal, and Dominque, the staff at Soft Touch Dental.
Dr. G is awesome. He is very tentive and concerned about any worries you may have. He is there to listen. He takes great pride in his work so if your looking for excellent work Dr. G is the dentist you've been looking for. The office staff are just as great. Behind every great doctor there's a greater team. I recommend Soft Touch Dental to everyone looking for a great dentistry TEAM.
I am deadly afraid of Dentist but knew that I needed some work done. I came here sweating bullets with a very upset stomach. Dr. G took the time to actually explain to me what need to be done and how he was going to do it. I will tell you I am still fearful of dentist, but Dr. G has been a great experience and even though he has done some pretty major work has yet to hurt me and continues to put me at easy every step.
I was very impressed with the top level of service at Soft Touch Dental Care in Corona. Dr. G is a great dentist, and if you look for excellence in dentistry, he should be on the top of your list. He is friendly, gentle, and soothing, and that is very important to me since I have a passionate fear of going to a dentist. After he perfected my teeth, I've never felt more aware, educated, and appreciative of keeping my teeth and gums healthy. Thanks to Dr. G, I feel armed with the information and tools necessary to maintain my dental health. Also, the people here take their jobs seriously and have the highest level of courtesy and professionalism. I've been to plenty of places that have good dentists but the hygienists and the reception staff leave something to be desired. At Soft Touch Dental, every single person that you come into contact with goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, having a good day, understand the procedures and are familiar with your bill. I am the dental assistant at this office. This office is great for people who are scared of the dentist because we make you feel at home. The team at this office is like a family. So don't be scared and come check out our office. We will take good care of you!!!
