R&E American Properties, LLC services include residential and commercial acquisitions, leasing, and sales. Our main focus currently here in the Houston area is property acquisitions, followed by refurbishing, and then leasing. We are focused on building our portfolio with high quality properties located in good to prime locations that need repairs. Once the repairs are complete, we look for the perfect tenants to place into our newly refurbished property.
