Charles C. Regan Inc., d.b.a. Regan Paving was established in 1968 as full service asphalt paving company serving Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange, Los Angeles, and San Diego counties. Regan Paving began by meeting the needs of the major oil companies and maintains those original relationships today. A substantial portion of our business today includes servicing the needs of general contractors, Commercial and Industrial property managers and public works.
