Celebrating 30 years of serving the Escrow needs of the surrounding communities, Manager, Pamela Walker has been with the company for 27 years and specializes in commercial real estate transactions and exchanges. After the death of the founder she stepped into the position of Secretary and has been instrumental in the growth of the company. In June of 2005 Town & Country Escrow opened their fourth branch office in Beaumont Ca. We will continue to expand the company into new areas as the market allows. Teri Malcolm-Napier has been with the company for 21 years and specializes in residential, bulk transfers and manufactured homes. Teri brings an expertise in the Escrow field and continues to educate the consumer through each transaction.
