Embody Pole Fitness Studios is the Inland Empire’s premier alternative fitness studio for women. We offer the most unique, challenging and fun fitness program in Riverside County. No matter what your fitness goals are we can get you there.
You can enjoy our signature Pole Fitness program and learn the grace and art of pole dancing. Burn calories and lose fat in our Fitness Cardio Bootcamp. Attain sexy, defined muscles in our Kettlebell Strengthening and Toning class. Relieve stress and sculpt your body in our Yoga and Flexibility programs, tone your booty, abs, and legs with Embody Barre, a cardio based barre program or learn choreographed dance moves from the hottest music videos as you develop rhythm and a sexy core.
Embody offers over 148 classes monthly, we host monthly workshops offered in lapdance, striptease, yoga and pole. All of our instructors are certified and professional. We go the extra mile with our students, involving ourselves in their fitness goals. Our studio is beautifully maintained.
