 Truly, I don't know where to start. I have been taking pole classes for a few years now but wasn't really happy with the particular studio. I was blessed to have Melanie ( my teacher from the other studio ) tell me about Embodyfitness. I have been coming for 5 weeks now and I have never felt so good. There is never a dull moment at the studio. The variety of classes gives you the opportunity to try "Something you've always wanted to do". I know every woman has it in her. The staff is amazing! All the girls are in tip top shape and take physical fitness very seriously. The difference is they make it fun. No joke, I will do 2-3 classes a day and don't want to leave. Crazy huh? We are like a family and everyone is so accepting, patient and knowledgable. They work with you at your own pace but will push you nicely to get to where you want to be. Embody is my second home. If you are looking for a quaint, comfortable, clean, and loving place to better yourself and meet such beautiful women, EMBODYPOLE FITNESS is the place for you. Remember, we regret the things in life that we didn't do, not the things in life we did do!!! I'm one happy camper! Thanks, much love and blessings to all the insructors and students.
